SUBJECT:         SUBMISSION AND RECEIPT OF DRAWBACK CLAIMS BY OUR MEMBER EXPORTERS.

All our valued member exporters are informed that effective 1^st April, 2010, their Drawback Claims will be processed by the Association within next three working days from date of submission of their documents e.g. documents submitted on 1^st April, 2010 will be processed and delivered on 4^th April, 2010, provided there is no discrepancy in the documents.

In case members do not receive back their Drawback Claim Documents within this time limit, complaint should be lodged to the undersigned.
