SUBJECT:   COUNTER NO.3 OF ENFORCEMENT AND COLLECTION DIVISION – I SITUATED ON GROUND FLOOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING REFUND CLAIMS ON ACCOUNT OF UTILITY BILLS FOR THE MONTHS OF JULY 2009, AUGUST 2009, SEPTEMBER 2009 AND ONWARDS.

We are pleased to inform all our valued member exporters that with the best efforts of the Association that RTO has opened a new Counter No.3 of Enforcement and Collection Division – I situated on ground floor for the purpose of receiving Refund Claims on account of Utility Bills for the months of July 2009, August 2009, September 2009 and onwards.

We are attaching herewith copy of letter dated 5^th April, 2010 of Mr. Mahfuz-ur-Rehman Pasha, Commissioner Inland Revenue, Enforcement and Collection Division-I, Regional Tax Office Karachi which is self explanatory.

All our member exporters are advised to submit their Utility Refund Claims for above referred period at the Counter No.3 by 30^th April, 2010 positively.
