Rules of Origin in respect to Free Trade Agreement with Turkey and Thailand

Government of Pakistan is in the process of finalizing Free Trade Agreement with Turkey and Thailand. In this connection Ministry of Textile Industry has sought input from stakeholders on “Rules of Origin” shared by Thailand and Turkey sides (copies attached). These rules will be used to identify the origin under the Trade Agreements being negotiated.

Therefore, Members are requested to please send views / comments latest 26^thApril, 2017 for onward submission to the Ministry, accordingly.

If no comments are received, it will be assumed the contents of Rules of Origin of Thailand and Turkey sides are acceptable.
