VISIT OF FEDERAL TAX OMBUDSMAN MR. MUSHTAQ AHMAD SUKHERA TO PHMA HOUSE, KARACHI ON FRIDAY 19^TH JANUARY, 2018 AT 10:30 A.M.

Consequent to our circular on the subject, Members are requested to participate in this meeting and to send copies of the following:

1.   Notices of Withholding Audit frequently issued by RTO (FBR).

2.   Sales Tax RPOs issued but cheques not received yet (as per attached format)

3.   Pending Sales Tax Refund Claims (as per attached format)

4.   Pending Applications for Zero-Rating of Sales Tax on Utilities

5.   Tax related issues involving mal-administration or inordinate delay at the RTO / FBR level

6.   Any other issue / matter related to FTO.

The above may be sent to the Association by today Thursday 18th January, 2018 and bring copy along with for taking up in the meeting.
