SUBJECT:  OUTSTANDING REBATE CASES – CARE.

 

 

We are pleased to inform all our valued members that Chief Collector Customs (South) Mr. Sher Nawaz, accompanied by Collector Customs (PACC) Mr. Nisar Muhammad, and Collector Customs (Exports) Mr. Ghulam Ahmed visited PHMA House, Karachi on 15.04.2010 for meeting and interaction with PHMA Members. Several of our valued members as well as representatives of the Press and Electronic Media participated in this meeting.

 

Several issues were discussed while major attention was paid to outstanding Custom Rebate Claims of our valued members and problems related to Import of Accessories.

 

The meeting has been very fruitful and we are hopeful that from now onwards, processing of rebate claims and other issues related to export and import will be dealt with in the most efficient manner as assured by them.

 

To enable pursue for speedy payments, all members are kindly requested to furnish immediately updated details of pending customs rebate cases (CARE) and (MANUAL) separately, through email or fax latest by Saturday 17th April,  under the following format:
