SUBJECT:     PUBLIC NOTICE NO.02/2010-EXPORTS DATED 14^TH APRIL, 2010 RELATED TO COMPLAINT RE-DRESSEL CELL (CRC).

The endeavours of our Association have yielded very good results and we are pleased to inform you that subject Public Notice dated 14^th April, 2010 with regards to Complaint Re-Dressal Cell (CRC) has been established at the Model Customs Collectorate of Export, Headquarters, Karachi with immediate effect for prompt re-dressal of trade complaints, grievances and hardships regarding delays in processing of Duty Drawback Claims; DTRE Approval and Problems if faced at Exporting Stations etc. and to provide One Window Facility to the complainants (copy of Public Notice attached herewith).

As stated in the Public Notice the Cell shall comprise of:

i)          Collector                                                          Chairman

ii)         Additional Collector-I                                       Coordinator

iii)         Deputy Collector (Headquarters)                   Focal Person/Member

Procedures and function of the CRC has been given in detail in the attached Public Notice.

All our valued members are requested to utilize the CRC Forum for prompt re-dressal of their grievances and hardships with a view to save their time and resources.
