IMPORTANT Pakistan Trade &
Investment Conference 28th April 2019, Beijing China PHMA has
been approached by TDAP, apprising that the 2nd Phase of China
Pakistan Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) is in the final stage of negotiations and
likely to be finalized/ signed shortly. Pakistan has been granted preferential
access in some of the product lines including Hosiery sector. In order
to get the maximum benefit from these opportunities, Ministry of Commerce &
Textile (Commerce Division) has planned to organize a Pakistan Trade &
Investment Conference on 28th April 2019 (afternoon) in Beijing,
China on the sidelines of OBOR (One Belt One Road) Forum, which is likely to be
attended by the Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan. The Embassy of Pakistan
Beijing is inviting prominent Chinese businessmen from the identified sectors
for the Conference and to hold B2B meetings with Pakistani counterparts.
Detailed programme of the event will be shared shortly. Interested
members to participate in the event as a part of delegation from Pakistan, TDAP
will facilitate the selected delegates with the visa process and provide 50%
air ticket & either shared accommodation in a 5 Star Hotel or US $ 100 per
night for two nights (three days) visit. Interested
members may send their confirmation to the Association to attend said
