Industrial Stitching
Unit (ISU) Project, Awareness Session
Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA), in
collaboration with PHMA- Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturer & Exporters
Association, is pleased to announce awareness session on above cited subject.
The objective of the session is to create awareness about stitching unit
financing for machinery to eligible applicants. This session will provide
better understanding to entrepreneurs, business community and business managers
about the procedure to meet this opportunity to make own successful Industrial
stitching Unit.
The project has been envisaged to promote public private
partnership to boost the value addition in the field of textile garments by
establishing industrial stitching units by strengthening small and medium
entrepreneurs. In this project 60% funding for the machines will be provided
from PSDP through the said project by the Ministry of Commerce and Textile and
40% would be borne by the owner of the stitching units.
