PENDING SALES TAX REFUND CLAIMS
Several of member exporters
have approached the Association that huge amount of their liquidity is held up
in shape of Sales Tax Refund Claims with FBR after imposition of 17% Sales Tax
by the Govt. and informed that their industries are in severe financial crisis.
Therefore, all our valued
members are advised to send to the Association by return email at secretary@phmaonline.com and info@phmaonline.com Statement of their Details of Pending Sales Tax Refund Claims (as
per enclosed format) urgently on top priority to enable us take up the
matter collectively in the forthcoming meetings with Advisor to PM on Finance
and Federal Tax Ombudsman.
Members are also advised to
send details of their pending Sales Tax Refund Claims prior to 1st July, 2019.
