PENDING SALES TAX REFUND CLAIMS UNDER FASTER SYSTEM

(REVISED FORMAT)

Several of member exporters have approached the Association that huge amount of their liquidity is held up in shape of Sales Tax Refund Claims with FBR after imposition of 17% Sales Tax by the Govt. and informed that their industries are in severe financial crisis.

Therefore, all our valued members are advised to send Details of their Pending Sales Tax Refund Claims (as per enclosed REVISED format) urgently on top priority latest by Tuesday 10th March, 2020 to the Association by return email at secretary@phmaonline.com and info@phmaonline.com  to enable us take up the matter collectively in the forthcoming meeting with National Assembly Standing Committee on Finance at National Assembly, Islamabad.
