ECC approved Power Tariff all-inclusive US cents 7.5 per unit (kwh) for Five Export Sectors (Zero Rated Industrial Consumers)

from 01-01-2019 to 30-06-2020

With the best efforts of the Association, Government has approved Power Tariff all-inclusive US cents 7.5 per unit (kWh) for Five Export Sectors (Zero Rated Industrial Consumers) from 01-01-2019 to 30-06-2020 to facilitate five export sectors including textile sector and for enhancement of exports.

The electricity bills issued from January 2019 till date which included Surcharges, Quarterly Adjustments, Fuel Price Adjustments and NJS will be adjusted to fixed tariff all-inclusive US cents 7.5 per unit (kWh).

Notification of the Power Division, Ministry of Energy on the subject matter is attached herewith for information.
