DETAILS OF PENDING DEFERRED SALES TAX
REFUND CLAIMS
FBR's Inland Revenue Department approached the Association for
details of pending Deferred Sales Tax Refund Claims as FBR has started to
reprocess deferred sales tax refund claims.
Members are advised to send details of
pending Deferred Sales Tax Refund Claims (as per enclosed format) to the Association at info@phmaonline.com and
secretary.general@phmaonline.com
in their own interest for onward submission to FBR.
Kindly provide above details on urgent basis.
NOTICES ON POST REFUND AUDIT BY REGIONAL TAX OFFICES (RTOS)
PHMA has learnt that Regional Tax
Offices (RTOs) have issued Notices to exporters regarding Post Refund Audit for
furnishing record, documents and bank statement.
All those members who have received
such notices may immediately provide a copy of their Notice to
take up the matter with FBR.
Kindly provide copy of Notices to
PHMA at secretary.general@phmaonline.com
on urgent basis.
