FILING OF CONSTITUTION PETITION IN SINDH HIGH COURT AGAINST ELECTRICITY BILL ISPA CHARGES

Dear Members, 

Reference to your queries regarding ISPA charges in K.E Bills, same is challenged before the Sindh High Court whereby court has allowed payment of regular KE bill excluding / minus ISPA subject to furnishing post-dated cheque / bank guarantee of ISPA charges to the court.

In order to file CP on the above issue, you may require to submit the following documents.

Ø  Copy of NTN.

Ø  Board Resolution in case of Private Limited Company / Power of attorney in case of Individual/AOP. (Draft Enclosed).

Ø  CNIC of authorized person and person issuing the power of attorney.

Ø  Copy of current K-E bill.

Ø  Authorized person may requires to visit S.H.C.

Ø  Legal fee as per below slab:

      Rs25,000/-            If ISPA amount is Rs250,000/- or less

      10% of ISPA         If ISPA amount between Rs250,000/- and Rs499,999/-    

      Rs50,000/-            If ISPA amount is Rs500,000/- or above

Ø  Cheque should be sent in favour of Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers & Exporters Association.

Kindly submit all documents before 5:00 pm today (i.e. 29-April-2020)
