SUBJECT: ESTABLISHMENT OF
COMPLAINT CELL IN MODEL CUSTOMS COLLECTORATE OF EXPORTS, KARACHI.
We are
pleased to inform that Office Order No.42/2020- dated 16th September,
2020, Model Customs Collectorate of Export, Karachi has established a Complaint
Cell with immediate effect for prompt re-dressal of complaints / grievances
of the taxpayers and general public (copy of Office Order attached herewith).
As stated
in the Office Order, the Cell will be headed by the Collector, MCC (Exports),
Karachi and will consist of the following members:

and function of the Complaint Cell has been given in detail in the attached
Office Order.

valued members are advised to utilize the Complaint Cell for prompt re-dressal
