FBR NOTICES OF POST REFUND AUDIT / SALES TAX AUDIT

With regards to FBR Notices:

1.     Under Rule 36 of the Sales Tax Rules Post Refund Audit, 2006

2.     Selection of case for Sales Tax Audit  and provision of record under section 72-B of the Sales Tax Act 1990.

Member are advised to provide only those documents marked as necessary documents as per enclosed templates and columns marked as unnecessary documents are not required to submit as FBR has already available data in their database.

Further, it is also advised that with regards to Bank Statement instead of submitting complete bank statement, only submit relevant pages in which shows suppliers' cheque details duly highlighted.
