SINDH MINIMUM WAGE NOTIFICATION OF RS 25,000/-

Respected Members,

As you are well aware that Sindh Government has notified and increased Sindh Minimum Wage from Rs17,500/- to Rs25,000/- vide Notification No.L-II-13-3/2016 dated 9th July, 2021 which is in non-compliance of the due process of law as perceived, without consulting stakeholders, therefore, in view of gravity of the situation and to proceed further we have hired a learned legal counsel to file petition and to challenge the notification in the court of law for grant of stay on the said Notification.

Due to time constraints, all concerns are requested to be a part of this petition and may please send legal fee of lump sum Rs50,000/- in cash (unspent contribution shall be returned) along with the following relevant documents at PHMA latest by Saturday 24th July, 2021.

1.        Covering letter with details of contact person i.e. Name, designation, mobile, email address.

2.        Copy of CNIC of Authorized Person.

3.        Board Resolution (only for Private Limited Company) OR

Power of Attorney (only for of individual / AOP.

4.        Copy of NTN.
