SUBJECT: Now 100% Subsidy on Participation Fee / APPAREL SOURCING SHOW NY

Please refer to our Circular No.068/2010 dated 17^th May 2010 on the subject Exhibition.

This is to inform you that USAID is giving 100% subsidy on the participation fees !

Further, there is subsidy on Air freight cost of sending samples & promotional materials (up to 30 kilograms) and subject to that samples are properly packaged and delivered to assigned forwarder before the cut off date ( date to be advised). Also offering Invitation to an exclusive VIP reception hosted by US state department for the buyers and Pakistani exhibitors.

The above will be offered to the first 10 Pakistani companies who apply with complete details and hold a valid USA Visa (and are selected)

The applicants must have a valid US visa (or a valid passport allowing entry into USA) and will be responsible for their travel, accommodation & other expenses.
