Apparel Sourcing Show New York from 13 - 15 July 2010, Co-located with Texworld USA.
As you are aware, the PHMA is working on a project to establish its first overseas office in New York’s Fashion Avenue, USA, which will carry out marketing activities for all members for projection of their products and company in the USA market.
For the purpose of market survey and for compiling an initial USA Buyers’ database, the PHMA is participating in the above exhibition, where it has been given a barter booth of 9 sqm in Pakistan Pavilion. The event will be held from 13-15 July 2010 at the Javits Convention Center New York.
All those members who want to avail this opportunity and project their products through PHMA stall, are welcome to send us:
Ø three to five samples of their assorted products * (by hand or by courier), along with
Ø Company’s marketing material (copies of company profile / brochure, CDs etc…)
Ø and cheque for Rs.10,000 drawn in favor of Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers & Exporters Association,
all the above, at the soonest before 1st July, 2010 to PHMA House.

* Since potential EU and USA customers will be attending this event, you are free to provide product wise FOB prices as well, as a representative of the PHMA will be attending any inquiries which may arise from the samples on display. For this purpose you are requested to provide cell number of concerned your person and make it available until late hours due to difference in time with USA, because we will put you through visitors telephonically in case required.
* Please number your samples in order to facilitate communication. Also mutilate the same and place a visible sticker on the mutilated area.
For those of you who collaborated with PHMA during the Hong Kong Fashion Week 2009 by facilitating samples and marketing material, we are really thankful for your interest and we once more seek your valuable participation, this time in the Apparel Sourcing Show, New York.
As we did in the past, we again commit ourselves with our best efforts for marketing your products among the many visitors and potential buyers at the show, and to provide you with a list of general and sample-specific inquiries including contacts of buyers, on our return from the exhibition.
