PHMA APPEAL TO FTO FOR COGNIZANCE AGAINST UNJUSTIFIED AND INORDINATE DELAYS IN REFUND OF CLAIMS OF SALES TAX ON SERVICES OF TEXTILE EXPORTERS IN SRB SINCE ITS ESTABLISHMENT UNDER SALES TAX ON SERVICE ACT 2011 DUE TO LACK OF INTEGRATION OF SALES TAX FILING SYSTEM OF FBR & SRB

 

PHMA members are kindly informed that on appeal of the Association the Federal Tax Ombudsman has taken cognizance of unjustified and inordinate delays in refund of claims of Sales Tax on Services of Textile Exporters in Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) since its establishment under Sales Tax on Service Act 2011. Self-explanatory letters of PHMA & FTO are attached herewith for ready reference.

 

In view of above, members are advised to immediately provide their cases/details with regards to their pending Refunds of Claims against Sales Tax on Services in SRB, positively, by 15th March 2023   at  tsc@phmaonline.com for onwards submission to FTO as per below format.
