DESION OF FTO ON PHMA APPEAL ON SINDH SALES ON SERVICES FOR COGNIZANCE AGAINST UNJUSTIFIED AND INORDINATE DELAYS IN REFUND OF CLAIMS OF SALES TAX ON SERVICES OF TEXTILE EXPORTERS IN SRB SINCE ITS ESTABLISHMENT UNDER SALES TAX ON SERVICE ACT 2011 DUE TO LACK OF INTEGRATION OF SALES TAX FILING SYSTEM OF FBR & SRB

PHMA members are kindly informed that with the best effort of the Association the Federal Tax Ombudsman has taken cognizance of unjustified and inordinate delays in refund of claims of Sales Tax on Services of Textile Exporters in Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) since its establishment under Sales Tax on Service Act 2011. In this connection FTO issued  Finding/Recommendation/order no.1-1597-KHI-23-IMP dated 27-July-2023  which is self-explanatory.
