EXPORTERS TO INFORM PHMA IF ANY CONTAINERS DELAYED/ CONTAINED OR SEIZED DUE TO UNREST IN ISLAMABAD AND/OR DELAYS IN MOVEMENT OF EXPORT SHIPPMENTS DUE TO CLOSURE OF MOTORWAYS

Due to political matters in Federal Capital - Islamabad Capital Territory, its surroundings and all motorways across Pakistan have been abruptly closed whereby a huge number of goods containers (empty/ loaded) have been contained/ seized/ detained by the Governmental departments to blockade roads against agitation and/or movement of export containers from upcountry to the ports of Karachi have been halted/ delayed owing to closure of motorways.

In view of the situation arising, any of our valued members who have been aggrieved by means of detaining of empty or loaded container or affected for timely movement of export consignments via motorways are advised and requested to immediately contact the Association to take-up the matter with the all concerned for relief.

Please briefly inform about your grievance and fill up and complete the below given format and rush to the Association IMMEDIATELY.
