Customs Assessment (FCA) system

members that the newly introduced Faceless Customs Assessment (FCA) System is
now operational. While this system aims to streamline and expedite customs
processes, there have been reports of occasional delays, containment, or
seizure of containers.
If you encounter any such
grievances, please briefly describe the issue and complete the format
