Submission of Joint Venture Projects for Pakistan–Saudi Business Forum (14 January 2026, Riyadh)

Dear Members,

PHMA has received the attached circular from the Ministry of Commerce regarding the Pakistan–Saudi Business Forum, scheduled to be held on 14th January 2026 in Riyadh. The purpose of the forum is to present Pakistan’s most promising Joint Venture (JV) and private sector expansion projects to leading Saudi investors and businesses.

Since the Textiles and Apparel sector has been identified as a primary focus area, the Ministry has requested PHMA to collect sector-specific project proposals from our members.

You are requested to carefully review the attached circular (Annexure). If you are interested in submitting any JV or expansion project , please complete the required information and send the soft copy to:

Additionally, please ensure that a hard copy is also dispatched to the Ministry of Commerce.

The deadline for submission, as communicated by the Ministry, is Wednesday, 26th November 2025 .
