Submission of Details – Deferred Sindh Sales Tax on Services (SRB)

Dear Members,

It has come to the Association’s knowledge that the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) has initiated refunds on certain services, particularly Courier Services, Insurance Services, and Banking Services.

However, refunds pertaining to Sales Tax on Services related to Clearing, Freight Forwarding, Fabric Testing, and other similar services continue to remain deferred.

In order to effectively take up this matter with SRB and advocate for timely refund processing for our members, all PHMA Members are requested to kindly provide complete details of their deferred Sales Tax on Services as per the attached format to tsc@phmaonline.com

Your cooperation will assist the Association in compiling comprehensive industry-wide data and effectively representing members’ interests with the relevant authorities.
