As you are well aware that PHMA has in collaboration with BFZgGmbH embarked upon the Project “ESPIRE” with the aim to boost and enhance affective services to all our members. Project “ESPIRE” also has ambitious plans for the larger benefits of all our members.

Project “ESPIRE” will be shortly holding a seminar for SME’s Betterment in the last week of January, 2011 for which all SME’s of PHMA will be invited. Formal invitation will be sent to you once you confirm your participation latest by 15^th January, 2011.

All our members are requested to kindly fill up the enclosed questionnaire (both in English and Urdu) relating to evaluation of the association also latest by 15^th January, 2011.

We would greatly appreciate your positive response in sending back this questionnaire duly filled up and completed which will indeed be greatly beneficial for all our members.
