Please refer to our circular dated 31st October, 2009 emailed to all members about the vigorous efforts of Central Chairman, PHMA, Rana Muhammad Mushtaq Khan; Chief Coordinator, Mr. M. Jawed Bilwani and Chairman, SZ, Mr. Akhtar Yunus and meetings with Member Customs, Mr. Munir Qureshi; Collector of Customs (Exports), Mr. Ghulam Ahmed and Collector of Customs (PACCS), Mr. Nisar Muhammad on the subject of our PHMA members’ outstanding Rebate Cases – MANUAL and CARE on 30th October, 2009.
 
We understand that good results have ensued and some members have received payments.
