DETAILS OF PENDING CUSTOMS REBATE CLAIMS

We are pleased to inform all our valued members that on our cordial invitation, Mr. Wasif Ali Memon, Collector, Model Collectorate of Customs - Exports and Agha Shahid Majeed Khan, Collector, Collectorate of Custom Exports (PORT QASIM) have consented to visit PHMA House, Karachi for luncheon meeting and interaction with PHMA members on Monday, 24^th March, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. sharp.

All our valued members are requested to send to the Association all details of their pending Customs Rebate Claims separately relating to:

1. LCL / By-Air shipments (MANUAL Customs Rebate Claim) for Port Qasim, PICT & KICT and By-Air.

2. WeBOC – Shipment By-Air and Port Qasim, PICT and KICT.

3. Shipment made by Air due to shipment put on hold by Customs Appraisement or Customs Drug Cell.

4. DTRE Issues.

We repeat that your details – separately for the above as per format given should reach us positively by Thursday 20^th March, 2014 to enable the Association to furnish and take up same with the above officials and also make it convenient to participate in the subject meeting in strength.
