We are attaching herewith several Press Clippings of English and Urdu Newspapers dated 16^th February, 2016 Joint Press Conference of Five Export Sectors’ Associations held on 15^th February, 2016 at PHMA House, Karachi demanding release of held up payments of exporters, revival of the Zero Rating “No Payment No Refund” System; Tariff of electricity, gas and water for export sectors should be brought down at par with regional competitors (Electricity of Bangladesh and India is US $ 0.10/kwh while in Pakistan is US $ 0.14/kwh. Industrial Captive Power Plants Gas Tariff of Bangladesh is $3.01/MMBTU and India is $4.66/MMBTU while in Pakistan is $7.68/MMBTU); Top Priority be given to export oriented industrial consumers in supply of all utilities instead of other consumers; Tariff of electricity, gas and water for export sectors should be fixed on yearly basis.
