SUBJECT:         SUBMISSION AND RECEIPT OF DRAWBACK CLAIMS BY OUR MEMBER EXPORTERS.

 

 

All our valued member exporters are informed that effective 1st April, 2010, their Drawback Claims will be processed by the Association within next three working days from date of submission of their documents e.g. documents submitted on 1st April, 2010 will be processed and delivered on 4th April, 2010, provided there is no discrepancy in the documents.

 

In case members do not receive back their Drawback Claim Documents within this time limit, complaint should be lodged to the undersigned.
