We are pleased to inform our valued members that the Association has arranged a Taxpayers Education Training Session (Sales Tax) in collaboration with FBR for the awareness of our member exporters on the modalities of the FBR sales tax system as per below schedule.

This Training Session aims to facilitate our members in addressing key sales tax issues such as:

1.??? How to file Sales Tax Refund Claim?

2.??? How to avoid claims going into Deferred?

3.??? What is the mechanism to process the claims which are put in the carry forward claims?

4.??? How and from where we can get details of carry forward Claims?

5.??? How can we enter carry forward amount in subsequent month return.

6.??? How to avoid claims to be rejected and transferred to manual process?

7.??? What course of action is required by refund claimant to overrule objection of ?input tax not verified in supply chain??

8.??? What is the legal relevance of crest discrepancy wile allowed zero rating facility where under SRO 1125 no such condition is placed? And many more.
