Awareness Session on Combined Name Reservation and

Incorporation of LLP- (Limited Liability Partnership)

 

Recently, the SECP has promulgated Regulations for LLPs (Limited Liability Partnership), providing the framework for incorporation of LLPs and has also introduced online unified incorporation process, which enables swift registration of LLPs. 

 

In this regard, PHMA in collaboration with SECP, has arranged an Awareness Session on the benefits of LLPs and the incorporation process as per below schedule.

DATE       :  THURSDAY 12TH JULY, 2018

TIME        :  3:00 PM TO 4:30 P.M.

VENUE    :  PHMA HOUSE, KARACHI.

 

The participants will be given an overview to acquaint themselves on the benefits of Limited liability partnership over the partnership firms registered under the 1932 act, filing requirements and procedures under the new regime and conversion process of Partnership Firms into LLPs etc.
