ANF INSPECTION

?

All members who are aggrieved or have been facing inconvenience and problems with regards to ANF inspection or their export consignments due to inappropriate response and uncalled-for-delays, purportedly as follows:

?

1.?? Vessel sailed away due to unwanted delays in ANF inspections causing losses to exporter to dispatch the shipment by Air;

?

2.?? During ANF inspection Export Goods are damaged or not repacked properly, hence, Buyers upon arrival of such consignment at their destination refuse to release goods or Buyers demand discounts;

?

3.?? Due to inordinate delays in ANF inspection, Exports consignment? was delayed and could not be shipped till 30th June 2018 and exporter's hard efforts to increase its exports by 10% for incremental DDT had suffered;

?

4.?? Or any other reason, member exporter had faced during ANF inspection for their export consignment;

?

In view of above, members are requested to kindly send details with supporting documents / pictures to the Association at the soonest to take up the matter in the forthcoming meeting with ANF.
