IMPLEMENTATION OF REGISTERED EXPORTER SYSTEM (REX) BY TURKEY FROM JULY 1 2019

 

TDAP VIDE THEIR SELF EXPLANATORY LETTER DATED 15TH JULY, 2019 ON THE SUBJECT INFORMED THAT THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY HAS BEEN MADE PART OF REGISTERED EXPORTER SYSTEM (REX) OF THE EUROPEAN UNION FROM 1ST JULY, 2019 ONWARDS. (COPY OF TDAP LETTER ATTACHED)

 

SET OF INSTRUCTIONS ALONG WITH ANNEX-I AND ANNEX-II ARE ALSO ATTACHED WHICH PROVIDE THE DETAILED INFORMATION NEEDED FOR THE COMPLIANCE WITH THE NEW FACILITY FROM THE TURKISH GOVERNMENT.
