Problems / Observations on Annexure H as specified in the

SRO 918(I)/2019 dated 7th August, 2019

under Chapter V-A refers to "Refund to Five Export Oriented Sectors.

 

Consequent to the Awareness Seminar / Briefing Session on the new refund rules of five export oriented sectors for education / awareness of the exporters held at Karachi, Lahore and Faisalabad through Video Link on Monday 16th September, 2019, the Association has observed that member exporters have been facing inconvenience / difficulty in submission of their Sales Tax Returns, particularly the Annexure H as specified in the SRO 918(I)/2019 dated 7th August, 2019 under Chapter V-A refers to "Refund to Five Export Oriented Sectors.

 

Therefore, members are requested to send details of their problems / observations being faced in this regard along with supporting on immediate basis at email secretary.general@phmaonline.com to take up the matter with FBR.
