PROBLEMS BEING FACED IN OBTAINING / USING THE FACILITIES OF

(1) DTRE SCHEME (2) MANUFACTURING BOND AND (3) EXPORT ORIENTED UNITS (EOU)

 

Members are advised to inform the Association, the problems and hurdles they face in obtaining / using the facilities:

 

(1) DTRE Scheme

(2) Manufacturing Bond under SRO450(I)/2001 and

(3) Export Oriented Units (EOU) under SRO327(I)/2008

 

on priority basis to take up the matter with the FBR for making the process easier and less cumbersome.


Further SRO 747(I)/2019 dated 9th July 2019 by which amendments have been made in the Export Oriented Units and Small & Medium Enterprises Rules, 2008. Members have any objection or suggestion be sent to the Association as well.

 

Members are requested to send issues / problems / objections / suggestions on the same latest by Saturday, 5th October, 2019 to the Association.

 

To facilitate members, Association is also endeavoring to open FBR's Help Desk on Export Facilitation Schemes at PHMA.
