PENDING SALES TAX REFUND CLAIMS ON FASTER DUE TO WRONGLY FILED THEIR SALES TAX RETURNS AND ANNEX-H

 

On the complaints of several member exporters about anomaly objections between their Sales Tax Returns and Annex-H, due to said reason sales tax return need to be revised and roll backed / reopen their Annex-H (refund claims), the Association has taken up matter with the Board / Chief (IR Operation-II), FBR, Islamabad.

 

In view of above, Members are advised to urgently provide at info@phmaonline.com by tomorrow Saturday 8th Feb, 2020 their pending refund claim?s (which wrongly filed their sales tax returns and annex-H) provide detail under the following given format with supporting documents on their company/firm letterhead for necessary action in the matter.

 

            1.         UNIT NAME

            2.         NTN / STRN

            3.         TAX PERIOD

            4.         REASON
