FASTER SYSTEM

REVISION OF SALES TAX RETURN & ANNEX H

 

Reference follow-up Meeting of PHMA Team with FBR Official on Monday 17th Feb, 2020 at Islamabad on the issues related the subject matter. FBR has advised the following:

1.            In cases where no amount has been sanctioned and on the request of claimant, Annexure H has rolled back for reprocessing by FBR, members are advised to submit the revised Annexure H after Tuesday 25th Feb 2020 as FASTER System is under up-gradation process.

2.            Further, cases where some amount has been sanctioned and the claimant requires to revise the Sales Tax and Annexure H, members are advised NOT to deposit back refund amount as Association doing efforts to revise the same without depositing the refund amount due to liquidity issues.

Further Developments will be communicated later.

In case of uncooperative behavior by Commissioners at RTOs / LTU, members are once again advised to approach the Focal Person for your respective Tax Office for resolving issues relating to FASTER System along with correspondence. Contact Details are given below:
