Complaints at the Prime Minister's Citizen Portal (PMDU)

Pending refunds of Sales Tax Claims

?

The Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers & Exporters Association has strongly taken up the matter of pending refunds of sales tax claims to the Government and have been regularly coordinating with the Federal Board of Revenue for immediate payment of refunds as per the relevant laws and rules. Various members have approached the PHMA informing that their production has been stopped due to liquidity and cash flow withheld with FBR.

Therefore, to further emphasize the matter to the Prime Minister and assert upon FBR, the Association strongly recommends? the members to also register their complaints at the Prime Minister's Citizen Portal (PMDU) at email pmdu@pmo.gov.pk.

Members can also please lodge their complaints through their mobiles by downloading the PMDU app from the Google Play Store. Steps to register with Prime Minister's Citizen Portal (PMDU) and lodge compliant are attached herewith.
