MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE ALL DETAILS OF PENDING SALES TAX REFUND CLAIMS UNDER FASTER SYSTEM TO DEMAND THE GOVT. TO IMMEDIATELY RELEASE PENDING REFUNDS AND RESTORE ZERO RATING

A large number of member exporters have approached the Association stating that their industries are facing severe financial crisis as their huge amount of liquidity is held up in shape of Sales Tax Refund Claims with FBR after imposition of 17% Sales Tax by the Govt.

Therefore, all our valued members are advised to send all Details of their Pending Sales Tax Refund Claims (as per enclosed revised format) urgently on top priority latest by Tuesday 10th March, 2020 to the Association by return email at secretary@phmaonline.com and info@phmaonline.com ?to enable PHMA for taking up the matter collectively in the forthcoming meeting with National Assembly Standing Committee on Finance at National Assembly, Islamabad for early clearance of pending refunds and also demand the Federal Government to restore zero rating in the next Federal Budget 2020-21.
