FEEDBACK ON THE DRAFT AMENDMENTS IN SRO 450(I)/2001 (DTRE & MANUFACTURING BOND) AND SRO. 327(I) 2008 (EXPORT ORIENTED UNIT)

It is to inform that Federal Board of Revenue has sent draft notifications for amendments in SRO 450(1)/2001 - DTRE & Manufacturing Bond and SRO 327(I)/2008 - Export Oriented Unit which was received on 26th May, 2021. Draft Notifications ?(attached) has been forwarded by the FBR for feedback from the exporters so that Draft Amendments may be finalized.

Therefore, member exporters are requested to send their feedback at earliest to the Association at secretary.general@phmaonline.com on priority basis for onward submission to FBR.
