COMPLAINT TO OGRA AGAINST LOW INDUSTRIAL GAS PRESSURE BY SSGCL

The Government had given assurances to supply uninterrupted gas supply to Export Oriented Sector/ Erstwhile Zero-Rated Industry. Nonetheless, PHMA has been approached by several member export industries complaining that the SSGCL has been supplying gas on zero or low gas pressure in contravention to Gas Supply laws, rules, standards and regulations framed by the Government of Pakistan through Oil & Gas Regulating Authority (OGRA).

Therefore, aggrieved PHMA members are advised to directly lodge/ submit complaint to SSGCL providing summary of zero or low pressure during last several months and take acknowledgement. Subsequently, members are advised to further register complaint to OGRA, as per Complaint proforma and procedure attached herewith, for relief.

Complaints may also be lodged at the Prime Minister's Portal. Please share the copies of registered complaints with PHMA to take up the matter collectively from the Association to all concerned.
