FBR Notices under Section 38-B of the Sales Tax Act ,1990 to PHMA members

 

 

PHMA has learnt that Corporate Tax Office have issued Notices to various PHMA member exporters under Section 38-B of the Sales Tax Act 1990.  All those members who have received such notices may immediately provide a copy of their Notice along with relevant correspondence for reference of PHMA to take up the matter with CTOs & FBR, accordingly.
