REQUEST TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS OF PENDING SALES TAX, INCOME TAX REFUNDS AND CUSTOM DUTY DRAWBACKS

 The Association is approached by the Ministry of Commerce (Textile Wing Letter Attached) to provide the complete details of pending Sales Tax refund Claims, Income Tax Refunds, and Customs Duty Drawback/Rebate Members are advised to send the details of pending Sales tax refund payments, Custom rebate, DLTL, and Income Tax refunds to the Association as per the attached format at tsc@phmaonline.com by Monday 21st August 2023,12.30 p.m. in their own interest for onward submission to the Ministry of Commerce
