TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION

SUBJECT:   MINTEX CIRCULAR ON DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION FORMS

We are once again attaching herewith letter of MINTEX which is self explanatory for your immediate necessary compliance of the conditions mentioned in this letter.

All members are advised to

• Submit the hard copy of the online submitted form after verification from  association by 31^st August 2010. Any unit failing to submit its form by the deadline would be ineligible to apply for any kind of incentive/concession notified by the ministry

• The units which do not submit registration documents by 31^st August 2010, will not be eligible for any future or past incentive e.g. (60% balance R&D payments) offered by the government in addition to those provided through the textiles policy.

Members are advised that in case of non compliance by them to the above, the association will not being responsible for any consequences
