EXPORTERS TO INFORM PHMA IF ANY CONTAINERS DELAYED/ CONTAINED OR SEIZED DUE To the newly Introduced The Faceless Customs Assessment (FCA) system

 

This is to inform all members that the newly introduced Faceless Customs Assessment (FCA) System is now operational. While this system aims to streamline and expedite customs processes, there have been reports of occasional delays, containment, or seizure of containers.
