Invitation to Address Non-Compliances (NCs) Identified by Accord International

Dear Members,

Several members have approached the association regarding the challenges they are facing after undergoing audits conducted by Accord International and receiving their respective reports. It has come to our attention that addressing the Non-Compliances (NCs) highlighted during these audits has been a concern for many.

To support you in this matter, we encourage you to share the specific NCs you are struggling with. Please be assured that your identity and company details will remain strictly confidential?we will focus exclusively on the NCs themselves.

Our objective is to collectively discuss these challenges and engage with Accord International to explore effective solutions.

We kindly request you to send your NC-related concerns to tsc@phmaonline.com at your earliest convenience. Once we have gathered the inputs, we will initiate discussions with Accord to address these issues comprehensively.

Your participation is vital in ensuring compliance and maintaining our shared commitment to quality and excellence.
