FBR Notices under Section 21(2) & 4 of the Sales Tax Act ,1990 Read with Sales Tax Rules 12 of Sales Tax rules ,2006

PHMA has learnt that FBR have issued Notices to various PHMA member exporters under Section 21(2) & 4 of the Sales Tax Act 1990. All those members who have received such notices may immediately provide a copy of their Notice along with relevant correspondence for reference of PHMA to take up the matter with FBR, accordingly.

Furthermore, members are kindly requested to report their suspended or blacklisted supplier liabilities to the association using the format provided below.
