SUBJECT:             CLAIMS OF DRAWBACK OF LOCAL TAXES AND LEVIES.

 

 

We are attaching herewith copy of SBP letter Ref. No. FEOD(RDS)/12543/DLTL-2011 dated 26th May, 2011 on the subject which is self explanatory.

 

You will find from the above referred letter that all banks have been advised that all cases compliant to requirements are resubmitted to SBP at the soonest in view of the fact that the Financial Year is near close and the budget for the scheme will lapse on 30-06-2011, if not fully utilized.

 

In view of the above all our member exporters are advised to pursue with their banks for submission of their cases at the soonest well in time.
