We are attaching herewith News Clipping of Daily Dawn of 25th August, 2011 captioned ?Changes to Workers Fund Ord set aside? from which our valued members will find that the Lahore High Court has struck down amendments introduced in the Workers Welfare Fund (WWF). Our valued members are advised to go through the attached Press Clipping and we feel that they are liable to pay Workers Welfare Fund under the WWF Ordinance as it stood prior to the amendments, as per the Lahore High Court Order.

 

Members are further advised to approach their Legal Consultant in this regard.
