MOVING FROM POSITIVE LIST TO NEGATIVE LIST ? APPROACH TOWARDS INDIA.

We are attaching herewith letter dated 22^nd September, 2011 of the Secretary Commerce, Ministry of Commerce on the subject, which is self explanatory.

Members are requested to indentify the items which they would like to place in the negative for import from India to the Association latest by 11^th October, 2011 for onward transmission to the Ministry of Commerce
